Hi, I’m Pamela Fair.
I’m Pamela Fair, MS, CLSSGB, founder of P. Fair Executive Solutions. I partner with small businesses, nonprofits, and entrepreneurs to strengthen the operations behind their mission. My goal is to help them run more efficiently, stay organized, and build a strong foundation for growth.
I spent nearly a decade leading billing and payroll operations as a Billing and Payroll Manager at a national healthcare staffing company. In that role, I managed deadline-driven processes where accuracy was essential. I also coached and led staff, worked across departments, and used data to find and fix inefficiencies.
I hold a Master of Science in Organization Management and Leadership and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Both shape how I approach every business: find what’s slowing it down, simplify it, and build systems that last.
